Keep your login details safe and your contact information up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans, billing and VAT
Prices are in South African rand and exclude VAT, which is added on your tax invoice. Plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a grace period.
Domains
Domains are registered in your name through our registrar partner and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry. Registrant details must be accurate. Renewals are your responsibility unless auto-renew is enabled and funded.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful content, spam, malware, phishing, attacks on other systems, or anything that disrupts the platform or other customers. We may suspend services that put the platform or others at risk.
Your content and backups
You own your content. Backups are provided as described in your plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
