Open Plesk with one click and create service plans for your clients (we add a starter plan for you). Add your logo.

Create client accounts and their websites from the dashboard or Plesk, then point each domain's DNS at the server.

Frequently asked questions
What is reseller hosting?
A hosting account that lets you create hosting for other people. You get a Plesk reseller panel with an allocation of client accounts, websites, disk, mailboxes and databases, and you divide it between your clients however you like.
Who bills my clients?
You do. NewHost bills you only for your reseller plan; what you charge your clients, and how, is up to you. Your clients don't need a NewHost account.
Who supports my clients?
You support your clients, and we support you. If something on the server needs our attention, open a ticket from your NewHost dashboard.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. Every reseller plan lets you put your own logo in the Plesk panel, so your clients see your brand. The panel address is the server's own; custom nameservers are not included.
What happens if a client goes over their package?
Each client's website runs on one of your service plans, with the limits you set. Your own plan's allocation is strict: Plesk won't let you hand out more client accounts, websites, disk, mailboxes or databases than your plan includes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, as long as you are not using more than the smaller plan allows.
Are backups included?
You can back up and restore websites from Plesk whenever you want. Backups are kept on the same server, not off-site, so download a copy of important sites and keep it somewhere else too.
Can I connect WHMCS or another billing system?
Yes. Your reseller account can use the Plesk XML API, which billing systems such as WHMCS use to create, suspend and remove hosting accounts. The billing software and its licence are your own.
Is a free domain included?
No. Register domains for your clients on NewHost or anywhere else, and point them at your reseller hosting.
What if I stop paying?
After a missed renewal the reseller account is suspended, and with it your clients' panels and websites, until the invoice is paid. Keep your plan paid up so your clients stay online.
Do my clients have to follow your rules too?
Yes. You are responsible for your clients following our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a client's website that hosts illegal content, and we'll let you know when we do.
