What we collect
Account details (name, email, company, phone), billing details and invoices, domain registrant information required by registries, enquiries you send us, and technical information such as IP addresses and security logs. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Netcash, and are not stored by us.
Why we use it
To provide and bill for hosting, domains and related services; to register domains with registries; to respond to enquiries; to secure our systems and prevent abuse (including reCAPTCHA on forms); and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with operators who help us deliver the service -- such as our domain registrar partner and the relevant registries (for example ZACR for .za domains), our payment provider, email delivery and security providers (Google reCAPTCHA) -- or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Our hosting and databases run on servers in South Africa. Some operators (for example reCAPTCHA or sign-in with Google or Facebook) may process information outside South Africa under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Contact us at [email protected].
Cookies
This website uses only what is needed to work and to protect forms from abuse. The customer dashboard uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.
